About Us

About Cieslok Group

We are building the next generation of Out-of-Home.

Cieslok Group is a Canadian-owned Out-of-Home company built around exceptional places, premium media, and the belief that great OOH should be impossible to ignore.

Our portfolio reaches audiences across some of Canada’s most important urban, retail, transportation and highway environments, from Yonge & Dundas and Union Station in Toronto, to ROYALMOUNT in Montréal, West Edmonton Mall, Ottawa’s street furniture network and major commuter corridors across Ontario and Québec. These are places people know. Places people move through every day. And places where brands can make an impact that cannot be replicated on a screen in someone’s hand.

But what we own today is only the beginning.

We are building Cieslok Group for where Out-of-Home is going next.
More digital. More connected. More measurable. More dynamic. More accessible through programmatic buying. And more deeply integrated into the places where people live, work, travel, shop and gather.

We are investing in new locations, new partnerships, new technology, and new ways for advertisers to reach audiences at scale. Our ambition is straightforward: Build the most compelling premium Out-of-Home platform in Canada.

What Makes Us Different

Places that matter. Media that belongs there. The best Out-of-Home does not simply occupy space. It becomes part of the environment.

That philosophy guides everything we develop, from landmark digital spectaculars and destination media to transit, street furniture and highway assets.

For advertisers and agencies, that means access to highly visible environments that deliver real-world scale, frequency and presence.

For property owners and partners, it means working with a company that understands how to turn exceptional locations into exceptional media assets without losing sight of the place itself.

Built for How Media is Bought Now

National. Local. Direct. Programmatic.

Cieslok Group is creating a platform that can work across all of them.

A national advertiser can build scale across our Canadian portfolio. A local business can own the audiences surrounding its market. Agencies can plan premium environments directly. And digital inventory can increasingly be activated programmatically with the flexibility modern campaigns demand.

One company. Multiple environments. Multiple ways to buy.

Led by Jörg Cieslok

A clear vision for what comes next.

President & CEO Jörg Cieslok has spent more than three decades in Canadian Out-of-Home, developing landmark media assets, building businesses and pushing the medium toward bigger ideas and better locations.

Today, his focus is not on what came before. It is on building what comes next.

Under his leadership, Cieslok Group is expanding nationally, investing in premium media environments and bringing together development, technology, data, programmatic capability and exceptional creative to build a different kind of Canadian OOH company.

A company with the scale to matter and the entrepreneurial mindset to move.

“The opportunity in Out-of-Home has never been greater. Our job is to build the places, technology and partnerships that define what comes next.”

Developments & Partnerships

We are looking for Canada’s next great Out-of-Home opportunity.

Cieslok Group is actively expanding across Canada. We have dedicated development resources in Ontario, Québec, British Columbia, and Alberta to identify exceptional locations, new media opportunities, redevelopment potential, and strategic partnerships.

We already work with many of Canada’s leading property owners, developers, retailers, and institutional real estate organizations. Now we are looking for what comes next. A landmark property. A retail destination. A highway location. A major development. An existing media asset. An entire portfolio. If the opportunity has the potential to become something important, we want to see it.

From Opportunity to Operating Asset

Premium Out-of-Home development is complex. We are built to manage that complexity.

Cieslok Group brings together the people, capital, and expertise required to take an opportunity from initial evaluation through approvals, construction, commercialization, and long-term operation.

Our Capabilities Include

  • Site identification and market assessment
  • Master planning and media strategy
  • Financial modelling
  • Technology assessment and integration
  • Municipal approvals and entitlements
  • Government and stakeholder relations
  • Planning and municipal legal counsel
  • Design and engineering
  • Construction
  • Operations and maintenance
  • Sales, marketing and programmatic monetization

We manage the entire process.

We Know How to Navigate Complexity

The best opportunities are rarely the easiest. They can involve municipal regulations, planning approvals, transportation authorities, heritage considerations, public agencies, community stakeholders, and multiple levels of government.

We work with leading municipal and planning lawyers, government-relations professionals, and specialized advisors across Canada to determine what is possible and then build the strategy to move it forward. We do not simply identify opportunities. We work to unlock them.

Partners for Property Owners

For landlords, developers, and retail owners, the right Out-of-Home asset can create long-term value well beyond an additional revenue stream. It can strengthen a destination, animate a development, introduce new technology, and create a new connection between the property and the brands that want to reach its audience.

Our approach starts with the property.

We consider its architecture, audience, traffic, visibility, surrounding community, and long-term plans before determining what media opportunity belongs there. The media should enhance the property, not simply sit on it. That is an important Cieslok philosophy and separates us from companies simply hunting for billboard leases.

We are actively acquiring.

Acquisitions & Investment

Cieslok Group is actively evaluating growth opportunities across Canada. Working closely with our investment partners, we consider:

  • Existing OOH companies
  • Media portfolios
  • Individual static and digital assets
  • Development rights
  • Long-term leases and easements
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Joint ventures
  • New market opportunities

One location or an entire company, we want to have the conversation.

Toronto Spectaculars

Toronto Spectaculars

Canada’s biggest market deserves its biggest stage.

Toronto is where national brands compete for attention. Cieslok’s Spectacular network puts them on some of the GTA’s most important commuter corridors: the Gardiner Expressway, Lake Shore Boulevard, Highway 401, Highway 27 and the western gateways into the city. These are not ordinary billboards. They are commanding, large-format locations built for visibility, frequency and impact, reaching commuters, business audiences, travellers, shoppers, sports fans and entertainment crowds throughout the day.

Own Toronto. Build the country.

Toronto is also the anchor of Cieslok’s national digital network. Campaigns can begin here and extend programmatically into Montréal, Ottawa and Edmonton, giving national advertisers premium OOH scale with the flexibility, targeting and accountability of modern digital media. Programmatic DOOH increasingly allows buyers to use granular audience and ad-play impression data and integrate OOH into broader omnichannel buying.

Woodbine | Highway 27 & Rexdale

A major western gateway into Toronto. Positioned at Woodbine, these Spectaculars reach commuters moving between Vaughan and Toronto, airport-bound travellers, and audiences heading to one of the GTA’s largest entertainment destinations. High traffic, long dwell times, and an exceptional roadside presence make Woodbine built for brands that want to be noticed.

Exhibition Place | Lake Shore Boulevard

Big audiences. Big events. An exceptional Lake Shore position.

Digital Spectaculars at Exhibition Place put brands in front of daily Lake Shore and Gardiner traffic and the enormous audiences generated by BMO Field at Exhibition Place, RBC Amphitheatre, the CNE, conventions, festivals, and year-round events.

This is where Toronto moves and where Toronto gathers.

Islington | Gardiner Expressway

Own the western approach to Toronto.

The Islington Digital Spectacular reaches traffic in both directions on the Gardiner, where the QEW and Highway 427 funnel audiences toward the city. It captures daily commuters from Mississauga and the western GTA, Pearson travellers, and consumers moving through one of Toronto’s most important retail and transportation corridors.

A high-frequency position on a route people travel every day.

Highway 401 | Mississauga Road

Four 14’ × 48’ digital faces. One extraordinary highway audience.

Located at Mississauga Road, these digital Spectaculars reach eastbound and westbound audiences on North America’s busiest highway. Faces can be purchased individually or combined to build scale, repetition, and sequential storytelling across the corridor. Ontario reports the central 401 carries more than 416,000 vehicles per day at its busiest point.

Gardiner Expressway | Static Network

One of Toronto’s defining commuter corridors.

Four static Spectaculars create a continuous eastbound and westbound presence along the Gardiner, building frequency with commuters travelling the same route day after day. Every booked face delivers 100% share of voice for the entire campaign, uninterrupted brand presence on the road into and out of downtown Toronto.

Rutherford | Bathurst Street

A 20′ × 20′ digital face. One affluent audience at the point of decision.

This digital display faces southbound traffic turning into Rutherford Marketplace at Bathurst and Carrville, anchored by Longo’s, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, LA Fitness, and RBC. A 10-second spot in a 120-second loop lets creative change by daypart or seasonal offer. The intersection carries 48,500 vehicles a day, where Bathurst meets Highway 407 traffic, and Carrville runs toward Vaughan Mills and Canada’s Wonderland.
